Mr Jackson says 'own', you said 'rent', we don't want to be myopic so tell us which one then we can address the issue based on facts not someone's imagination - and yes the first question would be what is she into... business has levels so don't judge her by your own standard. Her Dad is the VP so she's never going to have most of the typical obstacles for young business owners... if you are in doubt, go to your state government house and investigate your Governor's family.
