I am private school teacher but my school has not issued me ID card but I have the appointment letter, ID card from my school as a qualified teacher and I don't have any pictures my student too.

May I suggest the requirement for students pictures be waived. They are all minors and should not be on the internet without their parents say so.

The ID card and appointment letter should suffice.
