Why blame the pastor? Do you in any of the worship centers ask anyone giving to God or tithing how they make their money? Which religion does that? Can the Muslims or any native doctor do so?

She might have collected this huge amount of money from people/investors without the intention to defraud them but to use their money on a risky investment system like sports betting (which can also possibly be profitable like other traditional systems) but without any form of security or financial operating license from any financial regulator and if this is what she is charged for then i can understand.. But so far in the charge spelled out by the EFCC, there was no where it was proven or stated that she did defraud them neither did it state that she lost the money which she was trading on sports bets nor was it stated that she ran away with investors money except the claim of her tithing the sum of 1m which in a real sense could be her profit from the business deal after paying off her investors with the agreed interest on the investment duration which was most probably consented to and paper signed by the investors.. So what is really the charge brought against her?? Becos from my logical unbiased perspective, the charge is not clearly specific..

Dis is so because congregants (except in Orthodox Churches) do package their tithes (cash or cheque) in envelopes & drop anonymously in d nearest offering baskets passed by ushers!

So, no one, not even d Church cash counters wil ever know who drops what amount, except if any cheque bounces or has any issue during transaction wit d named bank in wich case d writer of d cheque(s) has 2 be traced 4 verification & possible rectification, and dt rarely happens!
