Rx 350 -2010 is much better because it's easier to metain, parts are not that expensive and the parts are available too (speaking from experience)
The last ride I used was a mess, couldn't get the "Fender" to buy till now after a brief accident with a Keke Napep.

I think there is availability of Lexus Parts and Toyota parts. Toyota owns Lexus, check the tags on your Lexus Parts, it's written Toyota

I agree with you. But the reality of auto maintenance in Nigeria forces many to go for popular brands. Nigerian auto mechanics are some of the most inept professionals I have met. No one should cite examples of exceptions. I am talking about the majority. If you take anything too out of their ordinary to them, they will mess it up. If you are living in big cities like Lagos, Abuja, or even Kaduna and Ibadan, you can still manage to use unpopular brands. But if you live in suburban and rural towns in Nigeria, don't even make the mistake of using those unpopular ones, because na gambling dem go take finish your car until it's worth no more than scraps.

Incompetence of the repairers in Nigeria makes Toyota popular... I personally would pick German brands, BMW, VKW etc any day any time. Toyota feels too light and shallow for me. But give me Audi, BMW, Merc., etc, then we can talk.

Venza is an overrated car, go for the Rx 350. I don't own any of them but I have been opportuned to drive both on couple of ocassion and the difference is clear.... Besides The Rx is better off on Our nigerian roads, and if you go for the full option edition, it has all recent tech and drive assistants, but venza 2010 has non.... The only thing venza can boast of is reverse camera.

Go for venza. Rx lexus speed is too much. Go for 4plugs venza. Most ppl have died inside a lexus suv on naija road. V6 can be tempting but dangerous when you loose control

Reverse camera is not even a standard on the Venza. Na d thumbstart V6 or full options V4 dey get reverse camera. The remaining ones na radio dem get, no camera no navigation

I also wouldn’t pick a Venza over an RX350. After all, Lexus is Toyota’s luxury. So, it should give better driving experience.

Apparently, it’s a CUV (Crossover Utility Vehicle). Built to look different from a typical sedan but uses the same unibody structure. Also less powerful than typical SUVs.
For me, the Venza is just a lower-grade vehicle in all aspects, not even minding the luxury of the Lexus.

Lol. Maybe. Because to me, whether in looks or in power, the 330 is better...A 350 is an unfair candidate for comparison.

In my opinion changing from a 2008 MDX to a 2010 Venza is actually a downgrade. Changing to 2010 RX350 isn't much of an upgrade either.
The Venza is not an SUV, it is just a station wagon of the Camry which comes nowhere near the MDX. The RX is more reliable and you can bet on it to basically run forever with proper maintenance. Which makes it very very expensive and high resale value on the other hand.
My verdict is if you cant upgrade to something like 2014 2017 RX or the MDX do not upgrade from a 2008 MDX to any 2010 Toyota (both the RX and the Venza are Toyota).
But if you must choose between the two choose the RX, but your pocket too go tell you the difference.
