Aolconsult: What have the govt been doing with all the ones they have been collecting? They cant even provide basic things, nigerians don't feel the impacts of both the state and federal govts in their miserable lives they are the ones drilling bore holes in their various compounds, paying to evacuate their wastes, providing electricity by themselves the lists is countless yet this heartless govt is still adding more taxes on struggling poverty ridden helpless nigerians. |

pacespot:Don't mind that guy, he is sugarcoating an irreparable anomaly that Shylockians in govt wants to meet Nigerians with. Do you know that when you buy land, you pay stamp duty, you pay several govt duties before you get C/O. You pay for road worthiness, still there is no motorable road. You pay for light, no light but they are selling light to other countries on credit. Other sane & responsible countries establish low income housing schemes, build homes for civil servant, but here, a Private individual , who can't bribe his way into Govt, struggles and builds, you want to come and collect Stamp duty. What is Govt doing for an average Nigerian sef? |

cool318: You are right though but the government are just trying to get money in all possible ways to fund their high expenditures. This will definitely affect the average Nigerians badly. However, I hope the economy will return to normal at least by early next year. |
