Once you view the shrinked site like the one in my personal text you'll have to click on skip ad to get to the page you intend to get to. So there will be another tab with advert. The advertisers pay them per view. The amount they pay is a way more than what they'll pay you.

just make sure that you don't withdraw with PayPal or web money boss. It's written on the site that there's technical difficulty with it and that's the only thing I've seen people complain about.

Don't forget to change your location regularly after every 3 clicks or less with the same location

I don't think that you can withdraw to bitcoin wallet. But you can use payoneer account. Just register for payoneer.
