Unfortunately, from my own observation, Nigeria has recorded more significant infrastructural development under Northern rulers compared to southern rulers when you compare their regime against existing global economic situation and revenue flow into Nigeria...Buhari to Yar Adua and even the acclaimed kleptomaniac Sani Abacha... match their strides against the abysmal failure of a PhD holder and the educated excon and you will bite your tongue...


Maybe national comparison is too big for you to comprehend, compare Kanu and Kadunna to Delta and Rivers in terms of infrastructure matched against revenue inflow.
