As far as which country got their independence first in Subsaharan Africa,(Ghana or Sudan) my answer, it was obviously Sudan even before it became a different country from Egypt.

I mean even after it became a independent country from Egypt, Prior to that British left Sudan and the first President in a united Egypt and Sudan was Sudanse himself. Maybe, one day the countries will reunite again, it will be better for both nations.
