well, in summary, it is useless waisting your time monitoring the result on that site as the final result does not depend on whatever is posted on the site!

The time spent was worth it.
I actually had fun doing the stuff.
At least, I was able to establish clearly in black-and-white that the portal is totally and practically useless..
INEC would always fine-tune their results before declaring it officially to the public, and thus, no other persons are backed by the law to do collations and declare election results except INEC.
..
The Case of Imo State just came to my mind.
The Supreme Court did the work of INEC while delivering the judgement.
