Patriachy is a path towards the goal, women are meant to be conditioned to embrace raw feminity and only Patriachal societies encourages these, sure men built civilization by logic, creative intuition, intellectual curiosity and deductive reasoning creating technologies and inventions that improved society, strong leadership and good governance is a fundamental requirement for any society to prosper and having strong ethical and moral values is good for civilization, tradition and religion ensures these, not denying that hypocrisy doesn't exist in Patriachal Societies(Arab and African Societies) but it's not the norms unlike in Western gynocentric Societies, where it's their norms, statistics show low birth rates, low marital rates, increase in children born out of wedlock, increase in single motherhood, 50% divorce rate and women initiating 70-80% of the divorce, all these show moral and social decadence via the destruction of family units which leads to the decline of civilization in such Societies

Wealth, to sustain the masculine provider image

Fear and punishment

Rejection of western ideals.

How exactly will patriarchy work in a state like Nigeria, where southerners are literally begging for western ideals and poverty is rife through out the country?
