An Ex-Muslim calls Christian Prince to tell him that he regrets not leaving Islam sooner!
He debated with him on Paltalk in the 2000 and should have left Islam then.

Lol I didn't watch the video but didn't he know before he converted. At least he had his reasons for leaving Christianity in the first place he saw flaws in it but Good luck to him. I won't be surprised if he becomes an atheist though.

Anybody can leave one Religion for another, that's the only thing that is constant (change) but what is the one and only genuine reason any right thinking person can give for leaving one Religion for yet another?

I'll like to borrow from the words of a first century Jewish teacher named Jesus, he said "by their FRUIT you will know them, people don't gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles do they?, Like every good tree produces fine FRUIT while routine tree produce worthless FRUIT"

So it makes sense to leave one Religion for another based on the BENEFITS derived from a religion in the neighbourhood. Every Religion have it's own THEORIES some do have their PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS as well but what matters most is the BENEFITS for both the adherents and their neighbours.
Therefore if a religion doesn't have any BENEFIT for both adherents nor neighbours, it's just like a routine tree producing worthless FRUIT! undecided

In this worldly life we live in I believe every religion has its benefits if you can comply with its practical application. Christianity and Islam and Judaism are different in terms of its true practical application and theories. We all are trying to serve the same God but unfortunately we are not. Christianity and Islam being the 2 major religions in the world means the followers must have seen benefit in it to stick, convert , revert to either. We all see things from different perspective. If you think a religion has no benefit someone else thinks it has while another thinks yours don't have any. So people will continue to convert and revert and denounce.

You can't you the actions of one to judge another.

Allah SWT said:

"They are not [all] the same; among the People of the Scripture is a community standing [in obedience], reciting the verses of Allah during periods of the night and prostrating [in prayer]."
(QS. Aal-i-Imraan 3: Verse 113)

"They believe in Allah and the Last Day, and they enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong and hasten to good deeds. And those are among the righteous."
(QS. Aal-i-Imraan 3: Verse 114)

"And whatever good they do - never will it be removed from them. And Allah is Knowing of the righteous."

The bolded is exactly what all of us should make our focus of concentration, otherwise you're in other words saying "there is no reason to preach to others about your Religion since all Religions have BENEFITS"
It's the BENEFITS that should move us to leave one Religion for another, but first let each person make his/her presentation, then we'll begin to evaluate which is truly BENEFITIAL to Mankind in general! smiley

I said benefit in this worldly life not afterlife well for people who believe in afterlife experience so it is not necessarily about what will benefit us in this wordly life but we must think about what to make us enter the kingdom of God.

In terms of benefit we are all trying to achieve almost the same goal which is to enter kingdom of God. But there are different paths some leads to salvation while other destruction so everyone thinks they are on the right path so that's why we preach.

I believe preaching is going on we are in a digital world thank God for internet religionist are rubbishing each others religion online and are also learning more about faith of other religions.

Personally I am team Islam because I have had my own personal share of experience in life to make me choose Islam. You being an ex Muslim your experience made you denounce Islam and trinity and you follow Jehovah's witness, most people have made up there mind already we cannot all reason the same way. Preaching is Good and some people who will accept you will while most will reject.

Can I ask you have you ever had any encounter spiritually with the spirit the trinitarian Christians call upon, or the Muslims before concluding that Jehovah witness is the right path?

It's all a lie Sir!

Demons are everywhere and people are worshiping these demons because of voices they're hearing from the spirit realms.

God is our Creator so true religion must be that which makes life meaningful to Mankind in general!

No matter what any Religion teaches if it's not helping us now, then i can't agree that such a religion has anything to do with our Creator who has a purpose for creating us on this planet!

Jehovah's Witnesses taught me that humans are supposed to live happily with one another had it been we're not influenced by demons, so i believe that if truthfully there is a God there should be a purpose why he brought us here, it couldn't have been that he (God) just threw us here to suffer and then expecting us to be good. So there are demons causing confusion everywhere, that's why i said let us use a wise approach by distinguishing the will of God from that of Satan then we can know which religion is promoting God's will and which is promoting Satan's will! smiley

For what purpose were demons created and who created them.

Do you know if they give birth and live life like humans do?

Can they die?

Whatever the purpose for which God created them is not important for now, what matters now is they're here and causing lots of havoc in the society.
God never created someone for the purpose of coming to rob you. So when talking about how to solve the problem of robbery we need not concentrate on why their parents gave birth to them, rather what really matters is:

©Why are they robbing others?
©What exactly is their intentions?
©How can we avoid being their target?

Hmmmmmmmm please i'll like you and i to use our God's given brains to think of the questions that really need answers not just knowledge about what is not relevant to our lives! undecided

All intelligent creatures have freewill just as you and i do, so what we must understand is the reason why we choose to do evil!

Sharia taught us to amputate body parts of thieves and criminals depending on how heavy their crime, so if God destined each creature to become what they are then should we treat criminals badly or pity them?
Of course each person is the architect of his own character not some predestination, that's what justifies the treatment we give criminals!

So all angels (including Satan) were created to serve God like humans but some choose to rebel against him like most humans do, that's what justifies the punishment God will give them in the day of Judgment! undecided

Before I answer you the God you worship is it the same God of Moses if so have you read all the laws your God(Jehova) gave in the old testament. Don't be an hypocrite.

But Jesus said this too why be an hypocrite
Mathew 18
7 Woe to the world for such temptations to sin and influences to do wrong! It is necessary that temptations come, but woe to the person on whose account or by whom the temptation comes!

8 And if your hand or your foot causes you to stumble and sin, cut it off and throw it away from you; i[/b]t is better (more profitable and wholesome) for you to enter life maimed or lame than to have two hands or two feet and be thrown into everlasting fire.

9 [b]And if your eye causes you to stumble and sin, pluck it out and throw it away from you;
it is better (more profitable and wholesome) for you to enter life with only one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into the hell (Gehenna) of fire.

Please we are chatting like friends, this is not an interrogation!

So let's ask questions with the intention of putting God in the right perspective not just arguing over the meaning some have given God's word, for your information most people often quote God's word out of context!

For instance, Jesus was addressing those who wants to correct their evil thoughts so that they can enter God's Kingdom, it wasn't some kind of law to be enforced on people.

"If your right eye, hand or foot is causing you to stumble, remove it" of course Jesus wasn't telling us to remove the limb of our fellowman for him but rather the one who wants to enter God's Kingdom should know what to do with his own body! Matthew 19:12

The God of Moses is the same God who sent Jesus, but while Moses was sent to give the Israelites laws that will prepare them for the coming of Jesus Christ, Jesus on the other hand taught them how to enter God's Kingdom! Deuteronomy 18:15-18

So God sent them for different purposes that's why Moses told them that another Prophet will arise amongst them who will teach them something that will really benefit them and whoever refuse to listen to that Prophet will be cut off (removed from the blessings God promised Abraham) Deuteronomy 18:19

The title "GOD" belongs to just one person, he is Creator of everything.

But there are powerful rebellious angels who are also claiming "God", before God brought the Israelites out of Egypt these powerful spirits have settled in different parts of the earth and using their powers to draw worshipers to themselves.
That's why God warned the Israelites not to join any other nations in worship because all those nations are worshiping demons not the true God!

So when we are talking about GOD we shouldn't forget that those spirits are still very much around and there are people who worship them in large numbers, but the irony of this is those worshiping them thought they're actually worshiping the true God!

The preaching work Jesus commissioned is to help honest hearted persons differentiate between the the worship of the true God and that of those demons, that's why Jesus could say even some Israelites who are also worshiping in the same Jerusalem Temple as he does are worshipers of Devil! John 8:44

Therefore if Jesus could say those religionsists are actually doing the will of Satan not God, it means we shouldn't just conclude in our mind that our worship is approved, we need to be sure by ascertaining what God's will is so that we don't end up worshiping with those doing the will of Satan!

God made covenant with people of Israel did they break it or not. During the time of Moses did they not worship the calf, did they not break the law of Sabbath, did they not reject Jesus, did they not nail him on the cross as you claim, did they not bring the doctrine of trinity, did they not blaspheme with Mary. This are the same people God banked on to make the gentiles know him and they failed him. So if God decide to make covenant with the gentiles through Muhammad directly since the message from the children of Israel had been corrupted is there anything wrong with it.

The children of Israel failed God and they were cursed.

Of course the nation of Israelites lost the privilege of being God's people forever, they often turned against God and surely Jesus said they has been condemned! Matthew 23:37-38

Be rest assured that God is no more using the natural Jews as his people anymore!

But if God reject the nation of Israel, that doesn't mean salvation is gone so how did Muhammad come into the picture? What qualities does he have to replace the nation of Israel? undecided

I know God has chosen another nation today and they're doing God's will globally today!

If your group is the one Allah is talking about I don't know only Allah knows.

Well let me explain what God said about his will that the Israelites failed to do!

God said all the faithful people from different races will come together under one umbrella, they will resolve all their differences, they will not lift up weapons against themselves or anyone! Isaiah 2:2-4

Some Israelites will accept the teachings of the Christ and they will form the foundation of these arrangement, the first set of people who join them will be nationalised as Jews, they will preach what Jesus taught everywhere and many people from different nations will join them to make Isaiah's prophecy come through regarding nations forming one family of peace loving worshipers! Zechariah 8:23

It was this first set of Jewish Christians that preserved what we are reading about Jesus, otherwise the Jewish religious leaders in Jesus' day want to wipe out Jesus completely from history, so it wasn't the whole nation that rejected Jesus, 500 of them accepted him before he returned to heaven and thousands later joined that first set of Israelites amongst the Jews!

Today the one and only religious group that will not raise weapons against anyone, where members love themselves like people from the same family, racism and politics can't penetrate their midst and throughout the world everywhere people know them as peace makers and lovers: Jehovah's Witnesses!

When i was still in Islam i remembered that Muslims from one country may meet another at Mecca where all of them are bowing towards the Kabah, but when Politics or Racism comes in they will forget that they're worshipers of the same God!
That is exactly what made me concluded that Islam can't be that promised form of worship that's going to unite people from all nations! smiley

The thing is everyone have right to his or her own believe and I believe Allah is the true God.

Allah SWT said:

"[b]We had already taken the covenant of the Children of Israel [/b]and had sent to them messengers. Whenever there came to them a messenger with what their souls did not desire, a party [of messengers] they denied, and another party they killed."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 70)

"And they thought there would be no [resulting] punishment, so they became blind and deaf. Then Allah turned to them in forgiveness; then [again] many of them became blind and deaf. And Allah is Seeing of what they do."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 71)

"They have certainly disbelieved who say, Allah is the Messiah, the son of Mary while the Messiah has said, O Children of Israel, worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord. Indeed, he who associates others with Allah - Allah has forbidden him Paradise, and his refuge is the Fire. And there are not for the wrongdoers any helpers."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 72)

"They have certainly disbelieved who say, Allah is the third of three. And there is no god except one God. And if they do not desist from what they are saying, there will surely afflict the disbelievers among them a painful punishment."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 73)

"So will they not repent to Allah and seek His forgiveness? And Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 74)

"The Messiah, son of Mary, was not but a messenger; [other] messengers have passed on before him. And his mother was a supporter of truth. They both used to eat food. Look how We make clear to them the signs; then look how they are deluded."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 75)

My parting message to you is

Say, O People of the Scripture, do not exceed limits in your religion beyond the truth [/b]and do not follow the inclinations of a people who had gone astray before and misled many and have strayed from the soundness of the way."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 77)

"[b]Cursed were those who disbelieved among the Children of Israel
by the tongue of David and of Jesus, the son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed."
(QS. Al-Maaida 5: Verse 78)

So if you are part of the ones following the truth It's good for you. For me I believe in Islam.

Shalom.

Also maybe ishmelites were just displaying the traits in them you should know they are not bound to covenant of Israel.

Genesis 16
10 Also the Angel of the Lord said to her, I will multiply your descendants exceedingly, so that they shall not be numbered for multitude.

11 And the Angel of the Lord continued, See now, you are with child and shall bear a son, and shall call his name Ishmael [God hears], because the Lord has heard and paid attention to your affliction.

12 And he [Ishmael] will be as a [b]wild ass among men; his hand will be against every man and every man's hand against him, and he will live to the east and on the borders of all his kinsmen.

13 So she called the name of the Lord Who spoke to her, You are a God of seeing, for she said, Have I [not] even here [in the wilderness] looked upon Him Who sees me [and lived]? Or have I here also seen [the future purposes or designs of] Him Who sees me?

Moreover you can't use the action of one to judge others obviously there will definitely be black sheep among them.

The thing is everyone have right to his or her own believe and I believe Allah is the true God.
Of course everyone should have the right to choose whatever they will believe, that's the import of the freewill God gave us all. But only those who are able to find out the will of God that can enter into his kingdom because they're the only ones who will know how to live there without hurting their neighbours! smiley

There is nothing like black sheep in God's word, it's either one is a
SHEEP people who wants to know the group practicing pure worship so that they also can join them in the movement, just as natural sheep always behave.

Or

GOAT people who don't want to be subjected to a specific line of thought guiding people aright, such people feel indifferent towards all forms of worship just like natural goats always move about in isolation!

When i was still in Islam i remembered that Muslims from one country may meet another at Mecca where all of them are bowing towards the Kabah, but when Politics or Racism comes in they will forget that they're worshipers of the same God!
That is exactly what made me concluded that Islam can't be that promised form of worship that's going to unite people from all nations! smiley

This is false because Muslim are not allowed to fight on holy ground

".... And do not fight them at al-Masjid al- Haram until they fight you there. But if they fight you, then kill them. Such is the recompense of the disbelievers."
(QS. Al-Baqara 2: Verse 191)

" if they cease, then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful."

Also

Allah SWT said:

"They ask you about the sacred month - about fighting therein. Say, Fighting therein is great [sin], but averting [people] from the way of Allah and disbelief in Him and [preventing access to] al-Masjid al-Haram and the expulsion of its people therefrom are greater [evil] in the sight of Allah. And fitnah is greater than killing. And they will continue to fight you until they turn you back from your religion if they are able. And whoever of you reverts from his religion [to disbelief] and dies while he is a disbeliever - for those, their deeds have become worthless in this world and the Hereafter, and those are the companions of the Fire, they will abide therein eternally."

You were once a Muslim Did you hurt or kill any of your neighbor your family who are Muslims did they hurt there neighbours because of Islam or there own free will. Because some people hurt their neighbours does not mean it is God's will they are using there own free will and they will all receive their reward.

Allah SWT said:

"Say, Come, I will recite what your Lord has prohibited to you. [He commands] that you not associate anything with Him, and to parents, good treatment, and do not kill your children out of poverty; We will provide for you and them. And do not approach immoralities - what is apparent of them and what is concealed. And do not kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed] except by [legal] right. This has He instructed you that you may use reason."
(QS. Al-An'aam 6: Verse 151)

There is no single member of Jehovah's Witnesses that is a weapon carrier, no military man in our midst! smiley
So before you can be accepted as one of Jehovah's Witnesses you must study the Bible with us, be prepared to live by all the orders of Jesus Christ, dedicate your life to our God and be baptized as one of us.
Before all these you must have stopped any military or paramilitary service because in our organization you must learn to be peaceable with all people so you can't be a killer for any reason whatsoever! Micah 4:3 compare to Matthew 26:52

As for other fleshly desires like sexual IMMORTALITY it could still be reversed and you can still make amendments for whoever you wronged but once you kill someone you've ended all the hopes of such a person! smiley
