Loving a man who doesn't love you is a total waste of time and too many ladies make this mistake.

No matter how strong your feelings are about a man, if he doesn't want your company, don't waste your time trying to get him to be intimate with you. Gather your emotions together and look elsewhere for love and attention.

Spend your time to build a relationship with a man who is worth your attention, who respects your feelings and is available. Do not get too emotionally involved with a man who has not made any move or made a real commitment.

Take note that the man is the one who should make the first move. Do not make the first move to express your feelings to a man you admire because he will view you as a cheap and desperate woman.

Rather, give attention to those who are really interested in you and are begging for your attention. Give your love to a man who values it. Do not give your heart to a man who will trample on it.
