I believe you are wrong, Sir. Soyinka made a very wrong choice and most intellectuals stood beside him

It's only courtesy for a man like him to come out to either condemn the present action of the government or apologize to the previous administration. No one is asking him to lead a protest again, but make a statement

He is well renowned and as they say, "The pen is mightier than the sword"

Who do you expect them to lead? The same stupid youth that will laugh at the exercise and rather align themselves to thier various parties that is still oppressing them ? These men are old .( Tunde Bakare & Wole Soyinka) They should be in thier late 60s and 80s respectively . The youth should continue from where they stopped .

Let the youth do the work this time and be brave enough to stand united in protest against this terrible administration, and at thesame time be fearless in the face of resistance & threat from the Nigerian govt . Can they do it? No.
