This is the costing and procedure for CAC Business Name Registrations.. Cost and procedure. 1. First you have to enter AV. Availability to know if the name is available. This is officially N500 but with remital charges it's N663 naira. 2. After the name is approved. You will enter all the details on the CAC Portal. This includes names of the proprietors, their addresses, email address, means of ID number, that's National ID, Driver's Licence or Voter card. 3. Upon completion of No. 3, you will have to make the official Registration payment. This is officially N10,000 but with remittal charges it's an N10,635. After payment the documents will drop for you to print. 4. You will print the documents and the partners will sign. Then you affix the signature and the Passport photos and scan. 5. Then you upload the scanned documents which are AV. Application Document. ID Cards, Payment Receipt and AV. 6. Then you wait for the Certificate. Caveat. While you can do this yourself, it's always wise to use a lawyer. Reason being that your application may be queried for not following the process or omitting something or one funny mistake as CAC staff so think. It's frustrating when this happens because you will end up paying more and spending more time. Also a lawyer knows how best to couch your object so it will suit what you want to use it for and other things to make it work. A lawyer charges for all the professionalism, and accidental issues that might arise, and all you wait is for your certificate to be delivered to you We offer NGO, Business name, LTD Registration, and PENCOM, ITF, NSITF, BPP, SEC, CMD, TCC, SON, NAFDAC, Trademark, Copyright, Patent, and more. SUFFERInSMILIIN: 1. This is an ongoing litigation and court process that we must see through in our favour and if you actually read, the judge said Nigeria acted reasonably well and there's a strong prima facie case of fraud on the part of P&ID. 2. The main reason for challenging the J&ID is to have the judgement and liability against Nigeria vacated, not to just sit like muimu. accept the judgement and write a check to J&ID. 3. Win or lose, not challenging court cases and judgements against you especially when you have a strong case against the judgement is irresponsible, it's reckless and total abdication of duty. 4. Not challenging such cases is inviting and giving go ahead other poachers and corrupt elements to swindle, doop you and take you to court because they know you are mumu and won't challenge them 5. What if at the end of the case they ruled in our favour and we don't have to pay 1 kobo? Are you still going to be insulting and calling us illiterates? We are not illiterates because only illiterates roll over like mumu and write checks without challenging the fraudulent acts behind the payments. Be patriotic and stand up for your own country and her efforts for a change because you made zero sense. 13 Likes 2 Shares |

Golan007: You need to understand international law once a judgement has been passed you can over turn that judgement but it is very difficult to overturn the judgement. Because already properties have been confiscated people have been compensated. The only thing Nigerian can to work for a out-of-court settlement which might be even worse. The legal process has already started on some months ago it is nearly impossible |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: You are grossly wrong, it's easy to overturn any arbitration judgement, you just have to establish a strong case of fraud which is what we are doing and what the judge cited in our favor and the reason for the delay. 3 Likes 1 Share |

bolaayenimo:reading comments here, it is clear Nigerians do not read or are not interested in reading.....or maybe they read but dont understand what they read. The judgement simply grants Nigeria more time, and Until the case is decided they cant touch our assets. the case has not been concluded. |

MASTAkiLLAh:Meaning the case is still there. Only that Nigeria would have enough time to file and do proper investigations and possible prosecutions where necessary. But Nigeria will still pay fine, no matter what. I didn't see where they said court struck out the fine. Naija peeps why una dey jubilate nah. Una fall my hands big time. I saw Jonathan's name as one of those whose bank statements should be reviewed . They ain't find nothing. This man is the most ridiculed president ever lived. That's what happens when you allow unqualified peeps run your govt, favouring those who betrayed you during 2011 presidential election and would always betray you because of your faith and tribe. Go and ask obasanjo who was battered with all manners of attacks, including political sharia. Na military brain e use against them else, dem for dabaru him govt too. What a pity. This contract started in yaradua government but the cabals took advantage of his ill health to dabaru everything, now blaming Jonathan for what had already been in existence before his administration. Governance is a continuum so, he wouldn't have abandoned what his predecessor had started. He hasn't done that when the north was crying that he has abandoned his oga's agenda. Buhari came and was asked to do the needful by P&ID but he acted slowly hence, the penalty. I hope they get out of it. 2 Likes 1 Share |

fergie001: This is hilariously ironical. The bribery process, which is the unofficial part of every public procurement and bidding process in Nigeria, has actually worked in Nigeria's favour. The case is not yet over it seems. It has only bought more time. |

Nigeria is in a big mess. Jonathan and his cronies have given Buhari a big problem to deal with. Few years from today, China will start its own Wahala. What Amaechi and Buhari borrowed to finance one railway project is even bigger than our foreign reserves. This means that if we empty all of them, we cannot pay the Chinese. It will be interesting to see how the projects they want to finance the Chinese loans with will service the loans and repay the money I keep saying it, we don't need to keep fooling around in the name of nation building Let's divide this country in peace if we are not ready to build it How can all that leaders think of is how to put their country and people in a precarious position? By this verdict, the court has only postponed the Doom's day because giving Nigeria time does not sound like a solution to the morass. |

NkemChukwudi: what I am trying to tell you when the judgement was past Nigeria was supposed to pay 7 billion US dollar today Nigeria is supposed to pay 10 billion US dollar because of the interest 7% interest on the money . The longer you take the more interest goes up. Look at Paris Club we borrowed above 4 billion to 5 billion US dollar we end up being back 15 billion US dollar and it was not enough they had to terminate are debt 1 Like |

Eriokanmi:you have said all that needs to be said, I can’t see this regime escape paying 3-4 billion dollars at least. They had the opportunity of negotiating out of court I think far back 2015/16 for a way smaller amount but the usual lethargic nature of this government made everything worse. They obviously think the Nigerian mentality of wishing away flies or nightmares would work in this case (insha Allah and vibes mentality). What a white man sees is a valid contract signed by relevant government officials, billions will definitely be paid |

SmartyPants: Another illiterate . before they took the case to court Nigeria was supposed to pay less than 3 billion US dollar. Because of the court cases and the interest on the money it became 6.5 billion US dollar which we were supposed to pay. We delay to pay the money now it is over 10 billion US dollar. All of these are delaying tactics, very soon you shall find out we are supposed to pay 15 billion US dollar the longer you wait the more money you are supposed to pay 2 Likes |
