Like I said, stick to what you are comfortable with. The initial award was made by a Court, and this been overruled by ostensibly, a superior Court, with sound logic. Even if the a further superior Court should make a contrary pronouncement, there will be no further expansion from now until such a time as said pronouncement may be made, since of course, at this point, the debt does not exist in the eyes of the law.

Do you understand what "relief from sanctions" means? it means interest charges are on hold while the case in in court.

Plus, if you are capable of reading and understanding sections 274 -277 (which are right there in front of you) the Judge beliefs Nigeria has established a prima facia case of fraud.
