MusaChukwudi: have hear this from a lot of Nigerians with loud mouth when things heat up they will be the first ones to run away and attending the. Just look at the Ghana South Africa Kenya China Botswana Angola Namibia Rwanda India when things that he did or Nigerians will forget they are Nigerians and will even turn against one another. You forgot what happened to Damilola court case. Forgot out the Nigerian government was sued in Australia 1994- 95. Just look at the abacha Loot even after winning the court case the countries are now saying they're using the money to pay Nigerian debt what happened the government is silent |

favor914: It is not saving the country against 10 billion is just giving Nigeria more time to put their house in order so that the interest rate can go up. For the white man it is strictly business nothing else |

SmartyPants: Please what do you mean the death does not exist there just giving us more time. Go and read it very carefully word by word. At this moment everything it's like passed but the interest rate still goes up on the money. I cannot believe the lies which some people are telling themselves only to food vote a criminal which will do nothing for them |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: Do you understand what "relief from sanctions" means? it means interest charges are on hold while the case in in court. Plus, if you are capable of reading and understanding sections 274 -277 (which are right there in front of you) the Judge beliefs Nigeria has established a prima facia case of fraud. Like I said Nigerians either dont read, or dont understand what they are reading. 1 Like 1 Share |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: My goodness. Are you incapable of understanding? The debt was created as a result of a Court order. It accumulated, and now a subsequent Court order has undone the previous one! Whatever is done by law can be undone by law. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Yes this is okay, but dont repeat the Mistake what they did, Couple of Million Muslims stayed there and never went to Pakistan, then After 70 years they are again 200 Millions and again Agitating that country and Again asking another Land/country for Muslims. Thanks to their multiple wives and No birth control philosophy. You left a patch of weed in your garden while deweeding then expect weed to cover grass again. SUFFERInSMILIIN: 2 Likes |

Golan007:Please read the full story from beginning. During Jonathan's beginning time it was supposed to be 500 million US dollar Nigeria was supposed to pay Jonathan delayed it for sometime and the amount went up to about 700 million US dollar which he agreed to pay and started pain. But this man came in with his with cowboy mentality , like in the wild west and decided he does not want anything to do with the agreement. When he was elected the first time he did not think about it which was a good 5 years in delay. 5 years no money was paid the interest skyrocketed |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: You think Buhari is one who shivers at a shakedown as Jonathan does? Jonathan owes every kobo of the Nigerian wealth to the Nigerian people and not the nonsense you portray him to have carried out. Nigeria would win this case again P&ID with the very worst being an out-of-court settlement for a tenth of whatever they think they can make. |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: My friend please, if you are going to disturb us with your red ink, at least post like someone with some intellect. The whole transaction was fraudulent from the get go. It was a 419 deal from the get go, so whether Jonathan settled or did not settle is neither here nor there. The judge himself has said that after examining the case, he believes Nigeria has a strong prima facie case of fraud. This case WILL be dismissed!! |

SUFFERInSMILIIN: like I said you take some time to read, and when you read seek understanding of what you are reading. There is no interest accruing at least for the duration of the case, it is right there in black and white....For God's sake, READ!!!!!!!!!! |

SmartyPants: There is one thing I have noticed in my life with Nigerians they have the loudest mouth and the smallest brain how many court cases has Nigerian government warned internationally even the stolen loot they are finding it difficult. You cannot have criminals on in the government and expect to win the court case in the first place if we could not fulfill the contract the contract to not have been signed under yar'adua and before him. This is the same problem which we are facing with a west African pipeline. We go and sign contracts of productivity and target when we cannot fulfill the contract. |
