I don't have any problem with sensible Igbos in the North or anywhere else. A good number of my associates are igbos so it's very far from it.

My issue is when Igbos try to pretend to hate and insult the North/Hausafulani in the daytime, only to rush there in their night buses DAILY in their hundreds packed like sardines, some in standing position for hours, escaping poverty in the east to seek their daily bread selling okirika & otapiapia, despite all the herdsmen, Boko Haram and bandits - only to resume the pretentious "North doesn't want us to leave" in the morning.

Do you know a whole bus load of Igbos were kidnapped just last year on their way to the core North, yet after paying heavy ransom, they still rather die there than return back to the east?

Even the NBS and other credible international infometrics that have all the statistical information and facts on the poverty and human development index in Nigeria doesn't do your submissions any favor, so on what basis is the North more developed than the East? you might have better infrastructural facilities due to your landmass and bigger Federal allocations, but that doesn't translate to the average standard of living when you enumerate any indices of comparative analysis between the North and East. Let me even help you with a few metrics:

Education - you're last on the index in Nigeria, even the least performing state in the East beats your best hands down.

Of course the East can not compete with the North on any of those metrics or HDI's because it's population is dwarfed greatly by that of the North and ALL the metrics you've stated are calculated on Per-Capita Basis. I expect you understand what that means.
