Divide that by 200 million people. That's like 150k per Nigerian. Now if we had paid that as tax, this is what we would have gotten for a society. And in case someone is wondering, that's excluding oil earnings and forex repatriation which easily dwarfs that amount. A farmer with 5 children and a wife would have paid out N1.05 million as his own household share of the debt towards a failed state. 5 Likes 2 Shares |
