Kindly indulge my plenty of questions regarding the big business of sex enhancing herbs/drugs used for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation.

More than 90% of sexually active men I have spoken to feel there's a need to enhance their sexual performance. Is something really wrong with basically all of us or there's been a seed of inadequacy planted in our heads to drive that business?

Was the situation ever resolved?
Was it the "treatment" that resolved it?
How long did they take it before there was resolution?
How many different types did they try?
How did they feel in their body after taking it?
How long did it take to kick into action... Immediately? After a few hours? After a few days?

Do they have to take it for every sexual encounter?
