3. ICPC and EFCC were his ideas
4. Excess crude account that has now been savagely depleted beyond redemtion
5. Open University that has assisted a lot of people to earn a degree while they work
6. The telecommunication we are enjoying today
7. NCC AND NIGCOMSAT were his ideas
8. The Keke NAPEP you hear today was the initiative of the Economic Adviser to OBJ. We still have keke NAPEP today
9. Obj created one of the largest middle class. people were able to afford cars for the first time and all.
10. He got our debts forgiven so that we can start on a fresh note. Go and check what it is today.

A government should be judged largely by its policies and programs.

Obasanjo diluted the federal Civil service that was dominated with people from a part of the country. Before he came in 1999 if toy cannot speak Hausa or Fulani, you cannot pass the first floor of npa in marina. Most parastatals the unofficial language was Hausa. You try to get business from Faan those days, malam will collect all the contracts and sell it to you at 10-30% (payable upfront).
Obasanjo changed all that.
Unfortunately things are returning back to the previous ways. A cousin I spoke with at one of the federal parastatals recently said everyone was sitting delicately because any cough and malam will take over your sit. That is the current reality.

Obj reformed our backing system, made telecommunication available and affordable to every Nigerian
He created massive jobs in banking,telecommunication and oil industry. He opened our economy for foreign investment.

There I is no president in Nigeria that can be compared with obj.
His policies and programme is still visible for all to see.

The only president that destroyed obj success is Yaradua .who truncated the sell of nnpc and puss the privatization programme of obj.
