Also, those landlords whose buildings have non or inadequate restrooms should be heavily fined. I remember living in a disgusting apartment in the Ketu area for about a month where men, women and children would do their business openly behind the building. It was a very nasty experience. |

I have seen functional public toilets before, especially the ones run by markets association. They were neat and a token is usually paid per use. As for the government, let them build enough toilet. |
