That's a good one. They should also pick them up along the Lagos-Badagry Express Way. Every where you turn to, some dude is defecating. Lagos really stinks.

Just look at your comment and ask yourself if you have said anything reasonable now? I have seen functional public toilets before, especially the ones run by markets association. They were neat and a token is usually paid per use. As for the government, let them build enough toilet.
