Everything created by GOD for food is ok to eat. You are free to eat them whether unbelievers eat them or not... GOD says we should eat them.
How to know these foods:
— Read the beginning of Genesis, what GOD told Adam and Eve to eat.
— Read what GOD told Noah to eat after the flood.
— Read what GOD told the apostles/believers to eat.
They ^ all can be eaten, and you did not sin, as long as you eat the right way.
If someone does not like what you eat or is offended by them... don't eat the foods in their presence otherwise you are not acting in love. Try to let him/her know that GOD says it's OK to eat them. If they see the truth and accept them, you can eat in front of them.
Eat the foods in moderation. Foods allowed by GOD have their limits that should be eaten by people so that they're not overeaten or abused. And this limit could vary from person to person. So, know what is enough for you. Your abusing the foods is sin. Don't sin against GOD.
This is what we believe. And it is good and approved by GOD.
