Benesis: It's only the early morning sun.. that is, from 7 am to 9 am.. that helps generate Vitamin D. After 10 am, exposure to sunlight is harmful. |

SenecaTheYonger: True. Flu Season..... in cold regions in the northern hemisphere run from November to February. Why?.... because that is the time when there is the least sunlight... when the skin will not be exposed to sufficient sunlight to produce Vitamin D.... and when we have a dificiency in Vitamin D... it will weaken our immune system. Ten minutes in our strong sunlight is wayyy more than enough to produce the Vitamin D needed.... but to meet our daily requirement of Vitamin D via pills...... a meal of vitamin D is required. So why are we forced to Stay Home'..... then to suppress our immune system even more... to wear masks?.... cover our noses to keep breathing in half the waste air we breathe out? Nobody who can be out in the open in the tropics need to be taking Vitamin D supplements period. Many will be lead to their deaths by following the science instead of saving it by following common sense. 2 Likes |

Originalsly: Yes. Science of today has been compromised. There’s too much politics involved. Imagine WHO playing politics with human lives. Trying to favor China against the US even though US annual funding to WHO is over $500mill while China is not even in top 10 donors. 1 Like |
