5 year jail time is 2 and half actual years . And since the trial has been on for 2 years meaning he has about 6 months left of actual prison time assuming he has been in prison for the 2 years trial period... this is crazy and not justified.

Since he is dismissed, why can't the criminal constitutional court try him for rape?
