I guarantee you this, Obaseki won't be able to deliver on his fake promoses he made in his second term. All the funds that will be sent to the state as federal allocations, a greater percentage will be used to service the loans. While a smaller percentage will be used to pay workers salaries. EDO PEOPLE DON BUY MARKET.
