Ipod did not at any point agitate for restructuring, they wanted secession and that is what they still want.
The call for restructuring did not start with any ibo group.

Hopefully they are sincere and wouldn't make U turn when the talk starts. Govt needs to draw a plan and modalities to discuss what to vote for concerning the kind of restructing to adopt. There might be three or four shades of restructuring.
