THOSE 14 LAW MAKER TRAVAIL SHOULD SERVE AS A LESSON TO OTHER POLITICIANS who are not there to serve the people. OSHIOMOLE have deceived them. LAGOS STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY under Tinubu control should engage the 14 law makers. TINUBU and Oshiomole should pay these law makers from the purse of the Lagos state government. |

jimter44: But he is not even fighting them. Even if he decides to and another person challenges the decision, won't the court favor the challenger? The law would be in that person's favor. So what's the point! Or would he start intimidating the person that went to court? We should reason it well. The man that mislead them, they should deal with that man. Here is a man that has refused to act with impunity, something that Oshiomole do with pleasure and they are at cross road. Their only solution na to just go to courts and plead with the judge for a favorable outcome. Or better still go to the correct inaugurated faction and work out something. They might end up changing party sef 2 Likes |

i think after 180 days , inec may be mandated to conduct elections in their constituencies to fill the vacant seats. obaseki just wants them to come back to his side ,maybe oshiomole is still giving some of them confidence that they will return back to their seats, the gov has just clarified ,that isnt going to happen . now they have to choose whether to stay in the oshiomloe camp or move over to the governors side ThugBoy: |

babyfaceafrica: For your understanding, the case can only be entertained to the level of Appeal Court. Mind you, the case itself will be proscribed DOA (Dead on Arrival) or BID (Brought in Dead). That is if it will see the light of the day before their supposedly four year term finishes. |

Sarmiz24:You are dissapointing with all these craps ministers are appointed while law makers are elected he can put anybody as his commissioners but not lawmakers who were elected by their own people to represent them,So if we go by your word that means no PDP should be allowed in national assembly since buhari is APC |

Friend22: KEEP QUIET! Did Obaseki write the constitution? Why have you those ex-law makers to be not gone to court to reclaim their seats if indeed they were robbed? They laws are written to be followed but they followed Oshiomhole like a stupid fly follows the dead to its grave. They abandoned their official responsibilities to their people and camped in Abuja for over 180 days because they believed Oshiomhole will uproot the governor out of office for them. All their permutations and calculations failed and now they're going behind closed doors to beg to return as if the governor wrote laws. Stupid people. You're writing nonsense. |
