we are talking about Biafra igbos speaking, if igbos in Delta or in Edo, and akwaibom is willing to join it left for them to decide, which I know definitely they will go with their Igbo brothers, obigbo in river state have already joined their Igbo brothers, the ikwerres/ijaws can also form their Niger Delta republic with other minority tribes.
