A friend from church was arrested by these dogs that parade as police for going to atm to withdraw at night.
They collected all the money she withdrew and were about taking her to the station.

SARS are criminals. I have never been arrested by them but the day they met me at the force headquarters canteen at Ikeja, I forgot that I was within police facility.
