It is the fundamental right of everyone to express himself through his or her speech. However, nobody is authorized to stop you from expressing yourself but only if you can bare the consequences of what you speak. The situation where citizens are not allow to express themselves in a polite way is not a freedom. Let me remove the word "Total".
