It is more like a common occurrence typical of most of us here if not all in our daily life's.
The other day i and my buddies had a heated argument concerning this same subject matter .pesonally I experience this paralysis usually when am really exhausted and even get to visialise certain stuffs. Which are most likely unreal dunno maybe it's just in my head.
