Measurements should be taken flat from front to back.



CHEST / BUST = Circumference around the fullest part of your chest / bust.




WAIST = Circumference around the narrowest part of your natural waist ( above the navel).




HIPS = Circumference around the widest part of your hips, below your hip bone.
