You came here to say alot without addressing the issue at hand. Why would US go against the NOI as WTO first? Johnnyessence: |

35824L: The US does not have a veto in WTO. WTO appoints a consensus candidate, and if any member State opposes the consensus candidate even Nigeria or Ghana or any country can oppose a candidate, to resolve this; WTO can force a vote and still elect the consensus candidate. Trump wants to leave WTO, just as he left WHO and other international organization and he wins second term and does that, that will be a huge win to China and to the detriment of US farmers. |

linearity: Some Nigerians can talk. Have they voted? When are they going to force the final vote? Does it mean China don't have a voice at WTO? The woman being an Asian and Trade War between China and US might be the reason why China has been silent. Candidate with American passport may be used by China as excuse for refusal to sign trade treaties that favour US in future. |

babaolofin: they better be quiet with all the foreign aid and military weapons they received from the broke united states throughout the decades after the korean war. but i give their leaders leaders credit for building up their country and not looting the proceeds like some others we know real well. "South Korea now sustains a prosperous economy and contributes to foreign assistance worldwide. The United States' $35 billion investment in economic foreign assistance has helped the Republic of Korea (ROK), once one of the poorest nations, become the world's 12th largest economy.Jul 7, 2017. Johnnyessence: Your submission is the needless heat. Fact is that BBC reported that the US was making frantic effort to stop NOI despite the fact that she holds US citizenship. It is ironical that US is backing a non-US citizen against a US citizen. The issue is that Africans are taking strategic positions in the world economy and polity..... and as such African interests will be protected, projected and becomes stronger. That is why FG and other African leaders swung into action to make sure NOI's lead preserved and win confirmed. |

seunmsg: Zombies shut up your stinking mouth. Buhari has no effect whatsoever in NOI's success and achievement. When she wins (of course she will), buhari has no moral ground to claim credit because NOI's antecedents and track record of successes spoke for her and not one dead buhari whose waec credentials cannot be verified. |

dukeprince50: Bros, It is more that a "let the best candidate win". For me it is about who will project and protect Africa's interest. Akinwunmi has been doing wonderfully well. He is getting funding into critical sectors in Africa - Agric, Power for starters. For example, why will global chocolate business be in trillions of Dollars, and Africa where the largest export comes from cannot benefit 1% of the value return |

freshMallam1122:Best assessment of Trump FROM A NIGERIAN so far! It bewilders me HOW AFRICANS have their head BURIED DEEPLY in the Rectum of the MOST RACIST President of the USA and the funny thing is that Trump doesn't EVEN hide it ! What is Wrong with the Black African? I have been voting in the US since 1990 and I have a FLUENT understanding of happening being that I served in the National Guard and I am also involved in law enforcement in the American system. Its REALLY disturbing HOW some foolish Africans have inserted Trump into the calculus of God's plan for the World......leave that to God! Expletive-talking Trump is far from being a Christian either! |

All this effort just to help Nigerian conglomerate Dangote to have advantages internationally. If i were NOI, i would just go back to the US and teach or help useful African countries. All this effort will only benefit Dangote because they now have a way to manipulate the WTO to their advantage. |
