Nigeria Police is appreciated easily internationally because they are good in Policing because they were given the enabling environment, motivations & well paid but here with the meagre salary & lack of motivation, no logistics,no good accomodations, no uniforms customized buying any they can afford, no life insurance cover, no equipment to work with, everything bought individually, infact patrol vehicles fuelled & maintained by personnels and Nigerians want magic from an ordinary Policeman, is that not enough to make them extort? When they are out of the country for assignments with little incentive everybody is appreciating them. We understand that they will improve their salary, let it not be that they will add peanut & say they have increased their salary, we expect at least 300% increase and all that they need to perform better, anything other than these, then it is a big joke & deception, it means the problem of Police is not solved

This is the honors our policemen and women need to keep working hard. The few bad ones cannot deprive the good ones of their recognition. Let's stop seeing every police personnel as bad, it buises the morale of the good ones. Fish out the bad ones and punish them. Simple.

It's funny how they perform above per on peace keeping mission

But in Nigeria they become shitty.

African Union mission, United Nations peacekeeping Mission in Africa they all use Nigerian Armed Forces, and they perform wonderfully well earning dollars, but let them come back home they become nuisance.
But as a rational human being, you should have asked yourself the question while they perform excellently outside but become shitty in Nigeria? There's enabling environment and willingness on the part of the government. Channel the energy used in criticizing NPF to the federal government. The kind a nation want is want the will get
