How's d govt "listening to earlier endsars protests"?

There's presently reports of military brutality taking place in Rivers State. Y are d military still involved in gross human rights violations in Rivers State when d endsars protests is still fresh? Has d govt u are defending not learnt anything yet? If d govt is listening how come this is happening in Rivers State?

Are u aware that in June 2019, d govt received a report on SARS reforms? Are u aware that d recommendations of d report are similar to d demands of d protesters? Since u are defending d govt, can u pls explain y the govt hasn't implemented d recommendations of d report all this while? If d govt had implemented this report since last year, would anybody very protesting endsars?

Protesting is one of the very way the masses can get attention from the govt which they did and the govt took a step by disbanding SARS immediately, other things demanded by the protesters are being looked into secondly the salary of police and para military are being looked into now. Thirdly #75billlion has been budgeted by the fed govt for youth to asses so that cash can be given to those who are into any biz or career, all these borne out cos of the protest government is a procedure all other demand will be met by the govt soonest, so for sowore and co to come out now na lie there is a motive .
The military operating in river state is not only in river state the military are operating the nigeria military cannot brutalized you without you giving urself to them by involving in one act or the other.
