Not that it matters much though, but his divorces were 2(Just correcting your exaggeration NOT supporting divorce).


Also most Christians (in the USA) have known his ways. The point generally is the suppressive tendencies by american institutions against ANY non liberal position(AKA conservatives).

Today, some american Companies can [subtly] sack an employee for refusing to support LGBT rallies or programmes in his company. An american female footballer was shamed and dropped for refusing to wear an LGBT designed jersey.

Some years ago, Hobby lobby Founder, David green was chastised for refusing to support abortion related health benefits for his employees.

Mozilla CEO was (subtly) forced to resign from his company for not supporting LGBT programmes too.

Do you see the pattern? American institutions are generally trying to cut down on any anti Liberal worldviews no matter how harmless such positions are.

Trump here is a proxy for support for these suppressed groups. He is an anti establishment figure (so to say) to these power groups.
