It still goes back to what I said.


1) Nigeria is a Federal Republic (just like the United States).

2) The fact that it is a federation means that states can make their own laws (that's why there are state houses of assembly).

This is also true in the United States and in every federation. The constituent parts can make their own laws.


3) Every state in southern Nigeria has its own criminal code. Northern states (or the Northern Region) also had its own criminal code in the early 1960s.


4) Sharia law has existed in Nigeria since before independence and the British considered it to be part of Nigerian customary/native law.


5) However, the British removed the criminal aspects of customary law. This means that customary law is limited to things like marriage and divorce, inheritance, etc, but does not include things like murder, robbery, etc.

This is the reason that trial of murder suspects by torture no longer exists in the south.


6) In the 1960s some northerners complained that Sharia law was being divided into criminal law and personal law and that this is not possible because Sharia Law is one. Ahmadu Bello listened to their complaints and enacted a penal code in Northern Nigeria.


Because of this, most states in Northern Nigeria have a penal code and most states in the south have a criminal code.



7) In the early 2000s, some states in Northern Nigeria passed new laws that included Sharia criminal law. Some people say this is unconstitutional, because what is in the constitution is personal law. However, this has never been tested in the courts.


8 ) The governments of the northern states say that the destruction of bottles of alcoholic beverages is done because of the penal code laws in their state and not because of Sharia law.


9) Note that states have the right to make laws, so long as the law does not contradict the constitution. Anybody that feels agrieved can sue the state government to get the law declared unconstitutional.


For example, Lagos State Government had a state traffic law that permitted LASTMA to impound cars and fine people. Someone's car was impounded and the person sued the government. The court declared the section of the law that gave LASTMA the power to impound cars and fine people null because it was unconstitutional. It violated people's right to fair hearing because it made LASTMA both the complainant and the judge


10) So the northern states say they have the right to ban alcohol, but anybody whose alcoholic beverage was confiscated and who believes that his constitutional rights have been violated can sue the state government.[quote]

No Christian goes about to destroy other people's lives and business because their God says a thing or two. They leave the judgement to Jesus Christ who judges all things at the end of life. This means that they are indeed the true followers of Jesus Christ unlike Muhammad who killed and destroyed other people who refused to accept him and was even a thief and this is the character Muslims look up to and not Jesus Christ.

Now to prove to you that even the qur'an confirms not only the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ and also the raising of Jesus who is the spirit of Allah breathed into the Chaste Mary by the truine Allah or "We" and this is found in qur'an 66:12. Recall what time[b] Allah said: O 'Isa! verily I shall make thee die, and am lifting thee to myself and am purifying thee from those who disbelieve, and shall place those who follow thee above those who disbelieve until the Day of Resurrection[/b]; thereafter unto Me shall be the return of you all, then I shall judge between you of that wherein ye were wont to differ.

This infers that Muslims are actually the disbelievers who through their false prophet Muhammad believe his given contradictory false lies that Jesus never died and resurrected to God or that Jesus Christ is not the Son of God as he plagiarized from the Jews without understanding Bible scriptures before him due to his illiteracy. He kept copying stuffs and revealing in the qur'an as revelations. Stuffs he heard from the Jews and Christians and never understood properly. That is why their different qur'an translations all trying to hide the true translation of the Arabic words to English even going as far as replacing some English words on the true Arabic words to deceive billions who don't understand Arabic.

يٰۤاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا كُوۡنُوۡۤا اَنۡصَارَ اللّٰهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيۡسَى ابۡنُ مَرۡيَمَ لِلۡحَوٰارِيّٖنَ مَنۡ اَنۡصَارِىۡۤ اِلَى اللّٰهِ‌ؕ قَالَ الۡحَـوٰرِيُّوۡنَ نَحۡنُ اَنۡصَارُ اللّٰهِ‌ فَاٰمَنَتۡ طَّآٮِٕفَةٌ مِّنۡۢ بَنِىۡۤ اِسۡرَآءِيۡلَ وَكَفَرَتۡ طَّآٮِٕفَةٌ ۚ فَاَيَّدۡنَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوۡا عَلٰى عَدُوِّهِمۡ فَاَصۡبَحُوۡا ظٰهِرِيۡنَ‏

O you who believe! be helpers (in the cause) of Allah, as~ Isa son of Marium said to (his) disciples: Who are my helpers in the cause of Allah? The disciples said: We are helpers (in the cause) of Allah. So a party of the children of Israel believed and another party disbelieved; then We aided those who believed against their enemy, and they became uppermost.

The Israelites who believed became Christians first and were made Victorious despite all the persecutions. All the Apostles/Disciples like John, Peter, Paul that Muslims hate so much, etcetera were made Victorious even when they were killed for believing in JESUS Christ who is the Spirit of Allah according to qur'an 66:12.

Thus, Pauline gospel or whatever nonsense Muslims sprout to try and divide Paul from being a Servant of Jesus Christ is B.S and Islamic nonsensical lies.

According to the Muslim expositors the Word that John came to confirm is Jesus Christ:

Narrated `Aisha:

The Prophet (ﷺ) was screening me with his Rida' (garment covering the upper part of the body) while I was looking at the Ethiopians who were playing in the courtyard of the mosque. (I continued watching) till I was satisfied. So you may deduce from this event how a little girl (who has not reached the age of puberty) who is eager to enjoy amusement should be treated in this respect.
