Things like this will continue to happy when political parties fail to scrutinize the academic qualifications of their candidates before fielding them.

Dansuqi:

Orr.afterall Lyon got stay of execution two days to election.if he has appealed, without a stay order,I believe the appeal court will give it accelerated hearing since the case is electoral and time bound.but the major issue is that if he doesn't get an injunction and the court rules against him,he is out since the apex court won't help him
Ebebi has appealed the High Court Judgement.
He also applied separately for a SoE.

Date of hearing hasn't been fixed at the CoA, PH.

My take is that Ebebi should be allowed to contest so that the issue of who is more popular and lives in tadem with the people is laid to rest once and for all times.

...if it happen to other party now, everything is in danger. in all honesty Nigerians don't know what they want. today their enemies are been punished unjust and they are happy when the punisher turn to their direction tomorrow they shouldn't complain, the enemy can always make a bargain with the punisher i believe you know.
Okoroawusa:
Well, since it was APC that was disqualified then democracy is not in danger. Falz,Aisha Yesufu,Falz,FFK and Deji Adeyanju will not tweet about it and Saharareporters will not make it a breaking news.

Mr. Owoupele Eneoriekumoh, a kinsman of former Bayelsa State Governor Seriake Dickson, has petitioned the Chief Judge of the Federal High Court sitting in Yenagoa over alleged failure to compile and transmit records of proceedings in suit number FHC/YNG/CS/72/2020 within time.

Owoupele, who is the plaintiff in the above-mentioned suit, had sued the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Peoples Democratic Party, and Dickson as first, second and third respondents over alleged false information contained in the INEC form EC9 of Seriake Dickson, the candidate of PDP for the Bayelsa West senatorial election.

Justice Jane Inyang in her ruling on November 11, 2020, dismissed the suit for being filed out of time as time starts to count from the date of the submission of INEC Form EC9.

According to the court, Dickson submitted his form on September 13, 2020, while the suit was filed on September 30, 2020.

Fergie, are you awake? I told you that the judge was wrong and evil.pdp and Dickson are evil people.the nonsense judge clearly misapprehended the whole case.the course of action does not start from when Dickson submitted his form,it started when inec displayed the list of candidates on the 18th.Dickson will go down....
