Let me try to remember d tym my biology teacher talked about dis back in secondary school...I think it as to do with having excess of d hormones dat help prouduce sweat or something ..anyway try to reduce to your salt intake and always hold an handkerchief..cause it can really be embarrassing..I know lot of people dat have it

I am like that,I see comments like "reduce the intake of salt" and all that. This is hormone dear, back in secondary school then,I do spread handkerchief on my books before writing ,including exam periods.

But as I grow older, It reduces, right now I am in my Thirty's and I still sweat but not as much as it were.

Yours is good ,just hand. But mine is both hands and feet. But I see It as a miracle, whenever I fall sick and the sweat starts coming out I become strong and well instantly.

its natural n would reduce as u grow older...it happened to my twin bro back in sec skul bt av reduced now...both his hands n feet quickly gets wet especially the worst when he is on pressure..

lolz...u gat no idea abt dt situation...his palms gets wet is jus like when someone dipped his hands inside water...powder isnt any solution to think about bcoz even when you mop d hands with a towel, its gets wet d more in jus few minutes n d water from d hands would even b dripping..

no problem, mayb urs isnt dt worse...my bro case was different, during exams he do enter halls with 2 coloured hand towels n placed on his table....whenever our teacher sees it or ask, he would jus say when d exam start, d teacher should check back n see d main reason for his towels....my brother hands de soak d exam paper join n d whole clsss de pity am bcox it makes his works n writing slow...we go join bet teacher Mk DM give only him extra 30 mins..
during his computer based jamb it caused problems n he didnt finished BT still passed bt e don reduce now shaa
