One begins to ask is it an intentional act that we do not have a functional /working refinery (even 1) in an oil producing nation like Nigeria?

It’s seems to me like this is a well calculated ploy to impoverish the people and empower those private individuals directly responsible for importing refined crude oil.

Nigeria’s case needs God, we cannot continue to have one bad and unaccountable leader to the other... this has got to end sooner than later!!!

Buhari is not the main problem you have Senators, Ministers, commissioners and Governors. What are they doing?
It clearly shows that they there for thier own self interest.

Imagine people with PHD failed to fix it and our only option is someone without even WAEC will fix it .
How do we improve if we keep going backward?
