Thank God you came to the realisation that you are systematically killing yourself.
Solution:
Start using Vaseline BlueSeal pure petroleum jelly or Shea butter. Mind you, while the heal is taking place, your skin will very darken, then you natural skin will come back.
While doing this, don’t mind what your friends will say about you getting dark.

First thing you should note is that you might have a lot of break out after discontinuing the cream, don't let it bother you it will stop after sometime.
Just look for a good cream or organic butter. Then give it time, if the damage is not too much you'll get your normal tone back.
Also note that at the beginning you might be 2-3 times darker than your normal shade before things even out.

I rarely comment on this forum but I have to this time because I want to help you take back what rightfully belong to you that is your natural brown skin.

The green vein,dark knuckles and all that is as a result of the chemical found in the creams you use which what they do is called skin cells wasting.
The skin cells in the affected parts of your body are not naturally strong to stand the toxic effect of the creams you used that is why those irritating changes but mind you other parts of your body not affected is because of their ability to withstand the toxic effect.

use idole that's what I'm using. Idole is not a bleaching cream the cream is okay it makes you fresh it's just 1,500 naira

Stop using bleaching or skin lightening cream altogether. My most beautiful sister is the darkest amongst us. The most handsome little boy in my congregation is dark skinned. No skin beats the one that Jehovah gave you.

It breaks my heart at the damage done to your skin. Stop the usage to end all further damage. Don't kill yourself over the damage you've done already. You skin will heal but it won't return to its past glory but it will heal. Stopping it altogether and healing is what matters. The healed skin can still look quite good. I won't object to dating someone with such skin.
