1. The president is the commander of the Nigerian armed forces, not the legislature. The legislature cannot summon the executive regarding the use of the Nigerian armed forces that's perfectly under the control of the executive according to the Nigerian constitution, that's democracy.

2. Nigeria has 3 Branches of Our Government, the Legislative, Executive and Judicial, all 3 are equal and independent so the legislature doesn't have any statutory or constitutional power to summon the executive or question the executive per the Nigerian armed forces.


Read the Nigerian constitution and while you are at it, civic education.

b) on what grounds can impeachment be triggered?

2. The US runs a democratic government model, give a detailed analysis of the impeachment hearing against president Donald Trump on December 18 2019?

3. With the answers provided from 1 and 2 can a president be summoned by legislature, to answer to "use of power"?
