To start this onion business don deh hungry me, it looks very lucrative

good news.

That means Nigerians in the south should start thinking of starting an onions farm.

You do not need to make it that big.

Just a little onions bed by the backyard of your house and you have your onions.

Must we wait for northerners to bring onions from the north?

Ugu, bitterleaf, waterleaf, tomatoes etc just start planting in your neighbourhood.

That onion is definitely big for N30.

In some areas, there's no such thing like N30 onion and that one will be like N100.

Make sure you manage it, cook with it, pick them out during eating and rinse to use again.

Be creative and don't be wasteful.

The north has the power to create artificial famine down south. We are too lazy to farm in the south especially those millennials.

Don't try it, the price of onion has gone down quite reasonably, any trader still selling costly is either exploiting consumers or probably still selling old stocks.
