All he's trying to say is that coin don't increase unless you buy more, only the value does.

If you buy 1 BNB, it will always be 1 BNB unless you buy more, but the value of 1 BNB can increase from $320 to $1000.

No that is not how it is done.
To get the actual increase in amount if the price of BTC were to appreciate to $60,000 from $38,000, you need to calculate the percentage increase and apply it to your $700.
Now let’s do the math.
First you need to calculate the percentage change from the first value of 38,000 to the second value of 60,000
You get this by subtracting the original value from the final value, then divide it by the original value and multiply the result by 100.
Something like this
V2 – V1
-------------- X 100
V1

= 60,000 – 38,000
----------------------- X 100
38,000

= 22,000
-------------- X 100
38,000

= 0.578947 X 100
= 57.8947 % change

So, the percentage increase from 38,000 to 60,000 is 57,8947%
Now multiply $700 by 57.8947 and divide the result by 100
Your answer is $405.2629
Add this figure to your $700 and you have the total of $1,105.2629.
So if BTC were to appreciate to $60,000 from its current price of $38,000, your $700 will also increase by 57.8947 percent to $1,105.2629

Divide 60000÷38000*700.. that will be your value, but your bag or amount of btc will still remain the same. Only your dollar will pump..
