No, you must match the addresses. If they have BTCST on Binance, you have to locate it, open it, copy its address, and use it to send it to Binance from wherever you are sending it.

If you don't see BTCST on Binance, then you cannot.
If you send it without the correct address, you lose it forever.

This is the same for any coin.
