Lets say 70m in total. I already got me a land,na modern bungalow wey be like duplex be my plan. Now na all day bombing man,1 23 , clients must chest am,i invest am,flex am,camrys sport 4plugs i no wan loud am,i no be benz man.

Unlike our regular Nigerian boring pattern of houses with a very Long Triangular Stone coated roof lipsrsealed

They don’t build the usual, boring ‘mansion’ type of house that’s all the rage at the moment!

I always tell my friends that putting up blocks and raising the building is not even the koko. The koko na finishing.

Land and finishing is what usually gulps a lot of money. The way these things are expensive ehn... no be child's play.

Very nice. Kudos to the architect. Totally different from the usual Nigerian architect's designs with two useless pillars in front and longitudinal black roof.

However, let him emulate Ahmed Musa in doing community good. I haven't seen where the Okoye's built something for their community.
