And why are most police stations also under lock and key?Do you think this is in Ibadan alone?It is EVERYWHERE in Nigeria..Everywhere.They all are still afraid of coming out that is why..And NO,He told Policemen to stand down before the crisis happened..Police Men were being protested against,do you prefer them to be seen outside?He preferred like most policemen in the first two days for the Military to take over which they did.
