I think you should contact the police at this stage. His Mandate which will contain all his personal information can be gotten from his bank. His address can be traced and tracked down.
His ID can also be perused.

Then the bank should be sued if that's the case. Before I left banking, we used to have KYC(Know Your Customer). Your address will be visited and at least one of your relations will be confirmed before an account is opened for you.

Moreover, you cannot evennuse a fake ID as only authorised National Id's like driver's licence, national ID, international passport etc are allowed. Any other useless ID isn't.

There are a lot of legit sellers on Nairaland. Head to the tech market section. You don’t pay till you see your item, or you use escrow

My last 5 phones are all from Nairaland

Op go to the police station and lodge a complaint. Take all your evidence with you. Including your chats with him and paystack. The guy mustn't go free even if he returns the money. Don't relent

Police go first ask for mobilisation fee before them go open case file for am.The MF start from #5k.
