Can't remember what the abbreviation means but the implication is that you'll pay £55 to use that centre

It's 5 working days today but I felt the passport should have been dispatched since decision has been made since 23rd. There are only 3 working days this week so I don't want to delay further.

As long as your deposit is confirm. Write your school,requesting for extra 2-3 weeks after official resumption date,am sure it will be granted.
A family friend did same for Caledonia University and it was granted before the break

Depends on the University but most UK universities accept a C6 in English in place of IELTS

Thanks, but details about flexi on their website state that "You can arrive at the Visa Application centre at any time during opening hours on the day of your appointment" DOES IT MEAN I CAN ONLY DO FLEXI on 4th January, 2021 which
is my appointment date. OR I will just walk in there tomorrow and have it done.

at this point i’m waiting till the 15 working days is over before i call again which will be tomorrow

You can walk in anyday before the date you picked. But Note if its Ikeja you have to go very early because of the crowd.
