That's not necessary. They know it's your tuition+maintenance fee, so long it's been held for 28days without dropping below expected amount.

I'm presently at IOM Lagos and I was told to book ONLINE. There is no manual booking.

Dubyz:

Go to their office in Ikeja and book manually

Good morning everyone.

I want to ask these questions:

1) If the account to be used for POF is not involved in transactions (transferring in and withdrawal), to be reflected in the Bank Statement, can it affect the success of the Visa?

2) Is there going to be an interview during the course of Visa application or before one arrives in the UK?

Thanks much.

First question: No it won't affect your visa success. Sometime last month, a lady applied with an account with no transaction: no debit, no credit, yet she got her visa, including her dependent's. The only rule is, make sure that the required balance for tuition + maintenance doesn't drop below minimum within the 28days or how many days you got on your POF before it's printed, through to when you get the visa.

Second question: That's on rare occasions but, there are no interview for UK student visa.

You have to check the email you used to sign up.

I'm trying to book for my daughter who is underage but it can't be done online unless I call or email them which I have done to no success. Phone is perpetually busy, email no response. Hoping you can help out

1. It has no effect.
2. It varies depending on past visa refusals, proposed course if it is a career progression of your previous degree.

Try UK universities such as Worcester university, University College Birmingham, London South Bank University, London Metropolitan University, Sheffield Hallam University and many more. Application in most UK universities is free so you have nothing to lose.

Many Nigeria HND graduates have gained UK Masters admission directly. Demonstrate your woek experience and have a good personal statement.
