Abia and Imo produces 18mpd of crude (Each), yet WIKE/OKOWA etc has been bragging of Niger Delta without consulting these two states government for discussions. The same goes to IJAW - how many OIL WELLS are in ijaw land that others does not have? Look at what Pondei did last time at the NASS just for few questions.
